Yes. The displayed package price is the fixed base price for the stated scope. Add-ons, third-party services and work outside the approved scope are priced separately.
Kosmos Development is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the displayed prices.
A 60% upfront payment books the project and starts work. The remaining 40% is due before final deployment, code handover and ownership transfer.
Twenty percent of the full project value is treated as a non-refundable reservation and planning fee. Before substantial work begins, any amount above that may be refundable after completed work and direct costs are deducted. Once design is approved or development begins, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
One revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at the same time. It is not an unlimited series of separate change messages.
Yes. Page allowances can be redistributed where it makes sense. Galaxy, for example, can use fewer pages with more custom sections per page.
It is the number of gallery or project entries the website is built to support in the initial scope. Additional entries can be added through a gallery expansion add-on.
You should supply the core business information, services, prices, policies and media. Every package includes light editing, grammar correction, headings and basic calls to action. Full copywriting is available as an add-on.
We use client-supplied images wherever possible. Suitable licensed or free-to-use imagery can be sourced when appropriate, but specialist paid imagery or photography is excluded unless quoted.
A launch date is confirmed after the scope, content readiness and required functionality are reviewed. We do not publish generic timelines because each project differs.
It includes genuine technical fixes, small corrections, guidance and assistance with functions already included. It does not include new pages, redesigns, new tools or large content uploads.
Yes. Kosmos websites are prepared for reliable Cloudflare Pages deployment, and the final package is delivered as a straightforward deployment-ready build.
Yes. Domain connection assistance is included. Domain purchases, renewals and any provider fees remain the client’s responsibility.
Yes. Domain and business email configuration is available as an add-on. The client pays the email provider’s ongoing subscription costs.
Orbit can add a simple store, Voyager can choose a Starter Store Growth Module, Galaxy includes a standard store, and Supernova supports an advanced store. Launchpad does not include commerce.
Yoco is the initial supported payment gateway. Kosmos configures the website connection, while the client creates, verifies and maintains the Yoco account and pays Yoco’s charges.
After full payment, the client owns their final bespoke website, supplied content, media and business data. Kosmos retains ownership of reusable frameworks, internal systems and generic development components, which remain licensed for use within the delivered website.
All packages include essential technical SEO foundations such as page titles, descriptions, sitemap, robots configuration and responsive performance. Advanced SEO strategy is available as an add-on.
Yes. Month-to-month care plans cover monitoring, technical checks and a defined amount of update time. Unused update time does not accumulate indefinitely.
Budget enquiries from R1,000 can be considered. The realistic scope may be a compact landing page, improvement to an existing site, phased build or blueprint rather than a full Launchpad package.
