Setup and management
The setup fee covers the approved design, development, configuration and launch of the AI system. Monthly management begins at launch and has an initial three-month term, after which it continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Approved workflow
Each AI system is limited to the approved knowledge, customer journey, workflow, dashboard and integration allowance. Additional workflows, unrelated systems, major changes or new integrations are quoted separately.
Usage and third-party costs
The monthly fee includes the agreed standard usage allowance. Higher model, messaging, hosting, database, CRM or third-party usage can increase the monthly price after written notice.
Accuracy and human review
AI can make mistakes. Important information, sensitive decisions and subjective pricing should be reviewed. Automatic quotations are limited to deterministic client-approved rules; otherwise the system prepares information for staff approval.
Data and access
The client owns supplied business content and customer data. Where practical, data is stored in a client-owned or approved system. Kosmos retains only the access required to deliver and manage the approved solution.
Service changes
AI models, APIs and third-party platforms may change. Kosmos may update technical implementation or recommend a different supported service where necessary to maintain the system.
