Reservation and planning fee
Twenty percent of the total project price is non-refundable once a project is booked, as it covers reservation, planning and initial administration.
Before substantial work
Before substantial work begins, prepaid amounts above the reservation fee may be refundable after completed work, planning time and direct costs are deducted.
After development begins
Once design is approved or development has begun, the upfront payment becomes non-refundable because production capacity and development work have been committed.
Completed or deployed work
No refund is available once the project is substantially completed, deployed, handed over or the client has received the final deliverables.
Third-party costs
Domains, software, payment providers, email, hosting, API usage, stock assets and other direct third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased or incurred.
