Package scope
Each website package includes the pages, sections, gallery capacity, tools, revisions and launch support stated on the pricing page and in the approved blueprint. Add-ons and work outside the approved scope are charged separately.
Payments
Website projects are paid 60% upfront and 40% before final deployment and handover. Work begins after the upfront payment and required project information are received.
Revisions
One revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at the same time. New concepts, major redesigns, new features and scope changes are not ordinary revisions.
Client delays
If required content, feedback or approval is outstanding for 14 days, Kosmos may pause the project and release the original production slot. Work resumes when the information is supplied and a new slot is available. A reasonable reactivation fee may apply if substantial rescheduling or repeated setup is required.
Launch support
Launch support covers genuine technical fixes, small corrections and guidance relating to included functions. It does not include new pages, redesigns, new tools, large uploads or ongoing maintenance.
Stores and Yoco
The client is responsible for creating, verifying and maintaining the Yoco account, accepting Yoco terms and paying Yoco fees. Kosmos configures the approved connection but does not control approval, payment settlement or transaction disputes.
