Acceptance and proposals
These general terms apply together with the accepted proposal, project blueprint, package terms and any written scope. If there is a conflict, the more specific signed or accepted project document takes priority.
Client responsibilities
The client must supply accurate information, authorised media, timely feedback, required access and approvals. The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of supplied content, prices, claims, policies and instructions.
Third-party services
Domains, email, hosting upgrades, payment providers, AI usage, messaging, CRMs and other third-party products are governed by their own terms and may carry separate fees.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the client owns the final bespoke website, supplied content and business data. Kosmos retains reusable frameworks, internal systems, generic components, processes, utilities and AI architecture. The client receives a permanent licence to use Kosmos components included in the delivered project.
Limitation
Kosmos is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, third-party outages, unauthorised changes, unsupported hosting, compromised credentials or use of a system outside the approved purpose. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by law.
