Month-to-month service
Website care plans are optional and continue month-to-month. A care plan covers only the defined checks and update allowance for that plan; it is not unlimited website work.
Care Essential — R499/month
Includes one monthly website health check, form/link checks and up to 15 minutes of minor text or image edits. Maximum one consolidated edit request per month.
Care Growth — R1,199/month
Includes two technical checks per month and up to 45 minutes of minor content edits. Maximum two consolidated edit requests per month.
Care Priority — R1,999/month
Includes a weekly technical check, up to 90 minutes of minor content edits, a maximum of four consolidated edit requests per month and priority placement in the support queue.
What is not included
Care plans do not include new pages, redesigns, new tools, new integrations, new functionality, large content uploads, full copywriting, major store changes or other development work. Those items are quoted separately before work begins.
Monthly allowances
Update allowances reset each month, do not roll over and have no cash value. If a request is larger than the remaining allowance, Kosmos will quote the extra work before proceeding.
Third-party issues
Kosmos can assist with reasonable diagnosis, but cannot guarantee third-party hosting, domains, email, payment gateways, APIs or external platforms.
