Month-to-month service
Website care plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Work is limited to the included monthly time and service category.
Included work
Care plans cover monitoring, technical checks, minor content changes and the stated update allowance. They do not include redesigns, new systems, new pages or major development unless separately quoted.
Unused time
Unused update time does not accumulate indefinitely and has no cash value. Work beyond the allowance is quoted or billed separately with approval.
Third-party issues
Kosmos will assist with reasonable diagnosis, but cannot guarantee third-party hosting, domains, email, payment gateways, plugins, APIs or external platforms.
